We picked up our Christmas Tree from Frederico's Christmas tree lot. They are very generous and have given us a free tree almost every year.
We decided to make it a family tradition that we would get our tree on the first Monday of December. Since yesterday was the first, it means we'll have the tree up for a long time. I guess it's not that big of a deal, I think everyone on the street has their tree up as well.
Lydia was a butt, but what can you expect? She wouldn't smile for any photos, or hold still. The babies really liked being out in the cold and looking and touching the trees. Lily just liked walking/running through the trees. I totally remember being the same way ... Lily and I are a lot alike.
We decorated the tree when we got home. The tree looks totally wonky. I'm afraid all our ornaments are old hand-me-downs. I don't think we'll have a 'nice' Christmas tree until the boys are 5 and won't try and pull things off and break them.
Overall, it was a fun night.

Awww, it looks like it was a great night! The girls look adorable as always, and the boys are so cute all bundled up! This will be a great memory for all of them to look back on :) I think it's great that you are starting traditions for them as well...I think that those are so important. I didn't have any so I want to make sure my kids do.
